Fabric Manipulation (5 week course)

A fabric manipulation course with Rebecca Hywel-Jones.

Fabric manipulation is a very broad term and can encompass an infinite number of techniques, ranging from well known pleats that are commonly used in dress making to methods like slashing which can be used as a decorative embellishment on clothes or for artistic purposes.

The course is spread over 5 weeks and includes the following;

Week 1: Quilting
Week 2: Slashing
Week 3: Gathering
Week 4: Pleating
Week 5: Cushion cover
